Return and Cancellation Policy

At quickconnect, ensuring customer satisfaction remains our utmost priority. We are dedicated to working closely with each client, focusing on meeting your specific needs.

7-Day Replacement Policy:

If you’re not satisfied with our services, we offer a 7-day replacement policy, in line with industry standards. Please carefully review all conditions and details of the product or service you’re purchasing from Ovantica before making your decision.

 Quickconnect Return and Cancellation Guidelines

Product Quality Concerns:

If you’re dissatisfied with the quality of a product from us, you have the right to request a replacement within 7 days of your purchase.

Order Cancellation:

Policy on Partial Cancellation: quickconnect does not accept partial order cancellations. To streamline the process, we recommend canceling the entire order and then reordering the necessary quantity.

Before Shipment: If you cancel your order before it has shipped, we will refund the full amount, minus any applicable charges.

After Shipment: If you cancel your order after shipment but before receipt, the refund will be subject to deductions for two-way shipping costs.

 

Cancellation Policy

7-Day Replacement Guarantee: We offer a 7-day replacement for all purchased items, no questions asked.

Contact Deadline: For a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery usually occurs within 2-3 working days after placing the order. The specific delivery time for each item is listed on the item’s page and the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple items with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will be applicable.

 

Conditions for Return:

Manufacturing Defects: If you find any manufacturing defect, you can return the items to us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement, subject to verification.

Failed Pickups: Replacement requests will be canceled if there are 3 failed reverse pickup attempts or if two weeks have passed since the first pickup attempt.

Damage During Use: Returns will not be accepted for items damaged by the customers beyond normal usage.

Packaging for Return: Ensure secure packaging for the return to avoid damage or loss during transit, and include all original packaging (tags, etc.).

CSelf-Shipped Returns: For self-shipped returns, we advise using a reliable courier service. The shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Inspection and Replacement: Upon receipt of your return, Ovantica will inspect the item and arrange for a replacement, provided the returned item is in the same condition as when sent.

Notification of Return: Inform us within 7 days of receipt of the package at [email protected]. Ensure the items are safely packed and handed over to our pickup person.

Using Return Form: If you opt to use a Return Form to ship the return yourself for a quicker response, the conditions mentioned above apply.

 

Eligible Items for Return

Return Window: You can return any item ordered from us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

Condition for Return: Items must be returned with the original packaging intact and original tags as received.

Manufacturing Defects: Items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery and will be exchanged once received at our warehouse.

Handling Items: To ensure acceptance of returns by our quality team, avoid damaging products during the trial phase.

 

How to Return Items to Quickconnect

Simple 2-Step Process:

  1. Initiating a Return:

Email us at [email protected] using your registered email ID, including your order ID and registered phone number if you need assistance from our customer support team.

Send us a picture of any damaged/broken items to [email protected].

Note:

  1. Pickup Service:

If you opt for Ovantica to arrange the pickup of returns, our logistics team will organize the pickup within 48-72 hours of the pickup request.

Ensure your availability for the pickup and confirm the same before handing over the return to the pickup team.

  1. Self-Shipping Returns:

If your PIN code is not covered by our pickup services, you may need to self-ship the returned item.

All returned products undergo an inspection process before we dispatch the replacement.

quickconnect is not liable for items damaged during self-shipment.

The shipping charge is non-refundable.

Return Processing Time

Timeframe: The return process may take up to 15 days, depending on your location and courier service.

Inspection and Replacement: Once received, the replacement process begins after a 48-hour inspection period. You will be kept informed via email about the status of the return process.

Charges for Returning Products

First Return Shipment: One free reverse shipment is provided.

Pickup and Service Charges: No charges for any pickup or services arranged by us.

Self-Ship Option: If your pin code is not covered by our pickup service, or if you prefer not to wait, you can ship the items to our “Return Desk.”
